Lisa Arrigo is an award-winning journalist who has worked in the publishing industry for 25 years. She has been an editor, news reporter, and features writer with a variety of magazines and newspapers. She joined the staff of CHEM.INFO magazine a year ago and led the team that redesigned the magazine -- an effort that recently won CHEM.INFO a prestigious Ozzie Award. While part of Reed Business Information, she served as the editorial director of the company's design group and was the editor in charge of Product Design and Development and Medical Design Technology magazines.

Matt Kistler joined Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in 2003, as the Director of Private Brands for SAM’S CLUB. In 2004 he became a Company Officer and Vice President of Product Development, Private Brands, Packaging and Quality Testing. Recently Matt was promoted to Vice President of Product and Packaging Innovation for SAM'S CLUB. His responsibilities include developing the strategic direction for product and packaging development and leading the innovation of products and new business to meet the needs of our Members.

As a senior analyst on Forrester’s Business Process and Applications team, Nikki’s research focuses on retail operations and supply chain and the impact of technology on the manufacturer-retailer relationship. Nikki’s coverage spans consumer product supply chains, from planning and design through to execution in stores, and includes topics like RFID, collaboration, optimization, visibility and event management, POS, and in-store inventory management.

Scot McLeod
Senior Vice President ,  CDC Software
Scot McLeod is a vice president for CDC Software responsible for market and product planning, including research on the current and future systems requirements for manufacturers in the food and beverage and other process industries. He currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Food Traceability Report and frequently participates in industry events presenting case studies on the use of enterprise systems in the food industries.
